Sri Lanka Telecom PLC (SLT) informed the Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) last Tuesday (14) that SLT, as the seller, has agreed a 100% divestment of the shares of its fully owned subsidiary SLT Campus (Pvt.) Ltd. to Tempest Two (Pvt.) Ltd., as the purchaser.
Issuing a corporate disclosure, the seller further stated that it is for a total of Rs. 410 million, as per the terms and conditions on the Share Sale and Purchase Agreement (SSPA).
Accordingly, as mentioned, Level 5, “Millennium House”, 46/58, Nawam Mawatha, Colombo 2 would be subjected to the divestment.
This was disclosed under Section 8.1 of the Listing Rules of the CSE and further announcements would be made to the CSE upon the completion of the transaction in accordance with the SSPA.
