A Gazette notification has been signed by the Governor of the Southern Province for the dissolution of the Southern Provincial Council (SPC) with effect from midnight today (10).
Governor Rajith Keerthi Tennakoon signed this Gazette with the term of the SPC coming to an end at midnight yesterday (09) with the final council session was held on Monday (08).
