Speaker Karu Jayasuriya says he is ready to face a no-confidence vote on him in Parliament. Jayasuriya said that if there are any allegations against him then a no-confidence motion can be presented to Parliament. The Speaker said that he is prepared to face a no-confidence vote and step down if he loses it.
