A special Cabinet meeting is expected to be held tomorrow (10) to discuss the report of the Presidential Commission of Inquiry on the Easter Sunday Attacks, stated Minister of Mass Media Keheliya Rambukwella.
“The report will be discussed with the cabinet ministers prior to presenting it at Parliament at the President’s request,” he told The Morning.
The Presidential Commission investigating into the Easter Sunday bomb attacks handed over its report to the President on 01 February.
The five-member Presidential Commission was appointed under a special gazette notification issued by former President Maithripala Sirisena on September 21, 2019.
