A total of more than one million Sri Lankan citizens have been vaccinated so far, the Epidemiology Unit of the Ministry of Health said yesterday.
Accordingly, a total of 925,242 individuals have received the first jab of the Indian Oxford AstraZeneca vaccine while 221,368 of them have also received the second dose.
The Sputnik V vaccine has been administered to 11,338 persons as the first jab.
Meanwhile, 71,203 have received the first dose of the Chinese Sinopharm vaccine.
