That kind of performance was needed, by Sri Lanka’s Kamindu Mendis, to beat Bangladesh in the semi-finals on Thursday, 13 December to book a berth in the final with fancied India, who beat Pakistan also on Thursday at CCC, in the ACC Emerging Teams Asia Cup 2018 at Khettarama.
