The Sri Lanka Football Federation has been summoned to the Parliamentary Committee on Public Enterprises (COPE) on August 03, the Parliamentary Communications Department said. Meanwhile, the Department of Probation and Child Care Services has been summoned to the Public Accounts Committee (COPA) on August 04. Secretary General of Parliament Dhammika Dasanayake stated that 13 meetings of the Parliamentary Committee on Public Enterprises, the Committee on Public Accounts and the Advisory Committee on Ministries will be held in the first week of August. The COPE Committee will meet under the chairmanship of Prof. Charitha Herath and the Committee on Public Accounts will be chaired by Prof. Tissa Vitarana. The COPA Committee will review the Auditor General's Special Report on the Medical Processing Process carried out by the Medical Supplies Division of the Ministry of Health Nutrition and Indigenous Medicine on August 03. In addition, the Consultative Committee of the Ministry of Justice will meet on August 03 under the chairmanship of Minister Ali Sabri and the Consultative Committee of the Ministry of Health will be chaired by Minister of Health Pavithra Wanniarachchi. The Sri Lanka Standards Institution has been summoned to the Committee on Public Enterprises on August 04, and the Consultative Committee of the Ministry of External Affairs, chaired by Minister Dinesh Gunawardena, is scheduled to convene in Parliament on the same day, Secretary General Dasanayake said. The Consultative Committee of the Ministry of Environment will convene under the chairmanship of Environment Minister Mahinda Amaraweera on August 05. The National Savings Bank has been summoned to the Committee on Public Enterprises on August 06.
