Sri Lankan among 13 new imported Covid-19 cases in Singapore

A Sri Lankan is among the 13 new Covid-19 cases reported in Singapore yesterday, the Ministry of Health (MOH) of Singapore has confirmed. According to Mothership News, eight among the 13 are work permit holders who arrived from Indonesia, India, the Philippines, and Sri Lanka. This brings the total number of cases in Singapore to 58,495. Amongst the new cases reported yesterday, 12 are asymptomatic. One is a Singaporean who returned from the US, one is a Singapore Permanent Resident who returned from the UK and two are Student's Pass holders who arrived from India. They had all already been placed on Stay-Home Notice upon arrival in Singapore and were tested while serving their SHN.
