UPFA Parliamentarian Thilanga Sumathipala has been officially banned from holding any position at Sri Lanka Cricket. The directive was issued by Sports Minister Harin Fernando. Sumathipala is the former President of Sri Lanka Cricket. He has been accused of corruption and match fixing in the past.
