Institutions that were under me have been taken away and I’m given a new ministry, so there’s nothing to congratulate,” Rajapaksa had told the State Minister.   The State Minister, who was taken aback by the statement, had moved aside and kept silent.  However, several other government members who had overheard the Prime Minister’s comment had made their way to the State Minister and expressed their surprise at the turn of events as well.
