Suwaseriya will continue to serve the nation as it always has despite the fuel crisis with the help of Lanka IOC, Ceypetco and the Sri Lanka Army, says Suwaseriya CEO Dumindra Ratnayake.
He made this statement while speaking to The Morning today (23).
"The fuel crisis is indeed a challenge,but we have managed to overcome this with the help of Lanka IOC, Ceypetco and the Sri Lanka Army. So far, we have managed to obtain fuel for our ambulances without a hassle. Because our operations are islandwide, we do not hoard fuel, but in areas where fuel is hard to obtain, the Sri Lanka Army has been extremely helpful to us. We will continues to serve the nation until the last drop of fuel," said Ratnayake.
He further added that Suwaseriya ambulance services has had no incidents where emergency medical care has been turned down due to the lack of fuel.
