A total of 37 laws have been amended in the last four months for the first time in history to bring relief to the public, stated Minister of Justice Ali Sabry today.
This was stated in his opening remarks at the Ministry of Justice in respect of the New Year.
Further, he stated that the constructions of the building complex "Adhikarna Piyasa" which will house the Ministry will be commenced this month.
He further requested all the workforce in Sri Lanka to operate under the "One Country- One Law" concept to establish better justice.
