Police Spokesman DIG Ajith Rohana said today that drugs traffickers have resorted to distribute ICE since there's a shortage of heroin in the market.
He said the Narcotic Bureau officials arrested another two suspects at Dam Street yesterday with one kilo of ICE drugs.
