A total of 28 COVID patients have been reported from the Prison cluster today, the government said.
Among them were ten male inmates and ten male suspects.
This brought the total of COVID patients from the prisons cluster to 4,775.
The highest number of patients were reported from Welikada prison, with 907. There were also 11 deaths reported from the prisons cluster.
