The United Nations has urged Sri Lanka to protect democratic values at all times, as the political crisis continues. The UN Resident Coordinator in Sri Lanka, Hanaa Singer, said that all parties concerned must uphold Constitutional processes for the citizens of this country. "The recent developments in #SriLanka have demonstrated the need to protect #democratic values at all times.
