Generator One of the Norochcholai Power Plant has been repaired and operations resumed on Friday (26) night.
Accordingly, 600 MW has been added to the national grid again.
Due to the resumption of the Unit 1 generator, the Public Utilities Commission of Sri Lanka
(PUCSL) has informed the General Manager of the CEB to inform on the possibility of reducing daily power cuts.
