Kariyawasam expressed these views at a press conference at the Sirikotha - UNP Headquarters today.
He added that the group will discuss measures and mechanisms to face the forthcoming parliamentary elections.
Speaking on the controversial audio clips released on social media, he said Parliamentarian Ranjan Ramanayake will be subject to disciplinary action by the UNP.
