Minister Palani Digambaram says that he would continue to exert pressure on the government to win the Rs. 1,000 daily wage for the estate workers.
Meanwhile, Minister V. Radhakrishnan said that he would think twice about supporting the government's 2019 Budget if the demand for a Rs. 1,000 daily wage is not met.
