The USA’s Ambassador to Sri Lanka Julie Chung met with Sri Lanka’s Foreign Secretary Aruni Wijewardane today (02).
According to a tweet by the Envoy, the meeting was held in order for the duo to discuss the ways in which the United States can help Sri Lanka secure the democratic and prosperous future which the people are demanding.
Chung further noted that this includes the United States’ commitment to support economic development, increased investment, and inclusive governance.
