Secretary to the Ministry of Health Maj. Gen. (Retd.) We have appointed a technical committee which will be headed by Secretary to the Ministry of Health Maj. Gen. Sanjeewa Munasinghe,” Minister of Health Wanniarachchi told The Morning. The technical committee is expected to submit a report of their findings to the Minister, which will then be forwarded to the WHO through Dr. Pendse for consideration.
