Sports Minister Namal Rajapaksa said in Parliament today that he was committed to implementing the COPE recommendations for Sri Lanka Cricket.
The Minister further stated that the recommendations will be implemented by the Ministry of Sports.
The SLC has been summoned before the Parliamentary Committee on Public Enterprises (COPE) today.
The Auditor General's report on the financial years 2017 and 2018 of Sri Lanka Cricket and its performance would be reviewed by the COPE.
Sri Lanka Cricket has been summoned before the COPE Committee several times before and the committee is scheduled to meet in Parliament today at 2.00 pm.
