A local company named Ma Product (Pvt.) Ltd. launched a beverage by the name of “Nelli Cola” yesterday (22), under the patronage of Minister of Small and Medium Business and Enterprise Development, Industries, and Supply Chain Management Wimal Weerawansa.
Nelli Cola has natural ingredients and is aimed at fighting the popularity of Cola drinks among children and the youth, Weerawansa said at the launch, which took place in Panadura.
He expressed optimism that the product could one day be developed as an export product.
