President Gotabaya Rajapaksa has instructed the officials to withdraw the court cases filed under old circulars once new laws have been implemented to allow farmers to conduct traditional farming uninterrupted.
Speaking at the eight installment of the ‘Gama Samaga Pilisandarak’ held at Thanamalwila in Moneragala, the President said new laws should be created in the fields of wildlife, environment and lands for the betterment of the public.
