Sri Lankan students from Wuhan, China were brought to the Diyatalawa quarantine facility today.
The 33 Lankan students who were stranded in Wuhan were airlifted yesterday(31) by a special Sri Lankan charter flight.
The UL-1423 landed at the Mattala International Airport(MIA) this morning(1).
Sri Lanka Army's members of the Chemical Biological Radiological and Nuclear (CBRN) Response Squadron received the students at the MIA and transported them to the quarantine facility located at the premises of the Diyatalawa Army Base Hospital.
The students will be kept under a 14-day observation period under the close supervision of medical consultants, epidemiologists and other staffers.
