A total of 1,466 Covid patients were identified yesterday, the Epidemiology Unit of the Ministry of Health said.
Among them, 228 patients were reported from Colombo district, and 209 were reported from Gampaha district.
They have been named as part of the Colombo fish market cluster and extended cases.
