Another doctor at the Trincomalee Hospital has tested positive for COVID-19 today (11), confirmed the Trincomalee hospital authorities.
It was revealed that he had been an associate of the previously infected doctor from the hospital.
Accordingly, 14 cases of COVID-19 have been identified in the Trincomalee District so far, said Dr. V. Premanath, Regional Health Services Director, Trincomalee District.
