Army Commander General Shavendra Silva urged the public today (23) to remain home without attending any public gatherings during the upcoming long weekend.
He also stated that organisers should not hold any events.
Further, he has requested the public to remain vigilant and behave in a cautious manner, ”be cautious as if the person next to you is infected with the virus,” he said.
