The Railways Department announced that seven train services, including night mail trains, have been cancelled tonight following a landslide near Ihala Kotte Railway Station on the Kadigamuwa–Balana stretch. 

The disruption has affected trains between Colombo, Kandy, Matale, and Badulla. 

A total of 18 train services were cancelled today (20).

Railway officials are working to clear the debris and restore operations as soon as possible.
