MeadowLea has officially gained the rights to be the team sponsor of the Sri Lanka National Women’s team for the 2025 ICC Women’s World Cup to be co-hosted between India and Sri Lanka.

As an outcome of this sponsorship the company is set to partner with the Sri Lanka Women’s team during the tournament which is to be held from 30 September to 2 November.

“MeadowLea’s entry to empower our team during the forthcoming marquee tournament in the Women’s game also gives them the ideal foundation to promote its brand to its desired and anticipated audience,” said Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) Head of Marketing Upul Bandara, commenting on the new partnership.

Sri Lanka is set to play seven matches during the first-round of the tournament, offering the sponsor solid visibility on the global stage.

The Sri Lanka Women’s team led by veteran Chamari Athapaththu – the reigning Asia Cup champions, boast some of the finest victories ever recorded on the world cricketing stage and is one of the most respected cricketing brands in the arena of global Women’s cricket.
