Yoshitha Rajapaksa has been appointed the Chief of Staff of the Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa. Rajapaksa, a Navy officer, received his letter of appointment yesterday (15). This position was held by Sagala Ratnayaka, a Cabinet Minister, under the previous administration.
