Over 400 police officers dispatched to guard Mahara Prison

Around 400 police officers and 200 STF personnel have been deployed to guard the Mahara prison, police spokesman DIG Ajith Rohana said.
Senior DIG in charge of the Western Province Deshabandu Tennakoon has arrived at the Mahara Prison this morning to inquire into the situation.
