Former National Development Media Centre Director Milinda Rajapaksa was appointed Additional Director General of the Government Information Department yesterday (21).
Minister of Mass Media Dullas Alahapperuma handed Rajapaksa his letter of appointment at his Ministry yesterday.
Milinda Rajapaksa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from Wayamba University, and a Postgraduate Degree in Development Media from the University of Miami, USA. He has also served as a Policy Analyst for the United Nations (UN) in South Asia.
