Litro Gas stated that a vessel carrying 3,700 metric tons of LP gas will arrive in Sri Lanka tonight, with another 3,700 metric tons expected tomorrow by Laugfs Gas.

Litro Chairman Channa Gunawardena said 8,000 metric tons have already been imported this month, while 30,000 metric tons are stored in the Maldives.

He assured that the Middle East conflict has not affected gas supplies and prices will remain unchanged.

Laugfs CEO Nalinda Kurukulasuriya stated that distribution from the 3,700MT tanker that arrived on 28 February is currently underway.
