McDonald’s Corporation and its Sri Lankan franchise partner, International Restaurant Systems (Pvt.) Ltd, have officially ended their business relationship through a mutually agreed legal settlement.

The companies thanked the public for its support and advised against speculation, while refraining from disclosing settlement terms or future plans for McDonald’s in Sri Lanka.
