Police have uncovered information on two main suspects allegedly linked to the Dehiwala grenade attack that killed two children on 11 September.

Police stated that operations are underway to arrest the suspects. Investigations have identified individuals allegedly involved in changing the colour of the three-wheeler used in the attack.

Police have also obtained information on the suspected driver and are searching for associates linked to the alleged masterminds.

Meanwhile, the STF arrested a suspected drug distributor linked to one of the suspects in Kalubowila, recovering 2.01 kg of ‘Ice’, 504 grams of heroin, a weighing scale and mobile phones.
