The Ministry of Health will launch a community empowerment pilot project tomorrow (21) to increase public participation in dengue prevention.

The project will be implemented in selected Medical Officer of Health areas in Colombo District, focusing on behavioural change and stronger community involvement.

A behavioural change survey will also be conducted as part of the initiative.
