Self styled 'Prophet' Pastor Jerome Fernando's wife Melanie Fernando and 2 children have returned to Sri Lanka yesterday (02) 

Sources close to The Morning have confirmed the same.

Jerome Fernando's Fundamental Rights Petition is set to be heard at the Supreme Court on the 5th of June 2023, requesting his arrest by the CID to be prevented.

Fernando hit the spotlight when he made controversial statements during his sermons involving Buddhism, Hinduism and Islam.
