Sri Lanka Police have announced a special security and traffic plan for the fourth Kumbal Perahera of the 2026 Kandy Esala Perahera tomorrow (21).

The procession will begin from Sri Dalada Maligawa at 6.40 p.m. and proceed along Dalada Veediya, Katugodalla Veediya and Raja Veediya before returning to the Maligawa.

Police have introduced alternative routes and urged motorists to follow traffic regulations and use designated routes during the procession.
