The newly appointed Board of Directors of the Information and Communication Technology Agency (ICTA) will hold its first meeting today (13), chaired by Hans Wijeyasuriya, the Principal Presidential Advisor on Digital Economy. 

Wijeyasuriya, with over 30 years of experience in telecommunications, aims to advance Sri Lanka's digital economy to boost national competitiveness and economic growth. 

Other key board members include digital governance expert Sanjaya Karunasena, technology entrepreneur Harsha Purasinghe, and eGovernment specialist Bandula Ranathunga, among others.
