MP Mano Ganesan, leader of the Tamil Progressive Alliance (TPA), met with United Kingdom’s (UK) High Commissioner Andrew Patrick to discuss the challenges faced by Malaiyaha Tamils in Sri Lanka.
The meeting focused on land rights, integration, and the need for devolution of powers.
Ganesan emphasised the ongoing struggles of the plantation community, highlighting the UK's role in addressing these issues for nation-building.
Barath Arulsamy, Vice President of International Relations and Communications for the DPF-TPA, also attended the meeting.
