ts a few showers in the Eastern Province and Mullaitivu District today (13).

Showers or thundershowers are also expected in parts of the Western, Sabaragamuwa, and Southern provinces, as well as Kurunegala, during the afternoon or night.

The public is advised to take precautions against strong winds and lightning during thundershowers.
