The Ceylon Petroleum Corporation (CPC) has slashed the prices of kerosene per litre.

Accordingly, the price of a litre of kerosene, which previously stood at Rs. 355, has been reduced by Rs. 50 to Rs. 305.

At the same time, industrial kerosene saw a price reduction of Rs. 134, bringing the revised rate down to Rs. 330.

The price revision is effective from midnight yesterday (1), the CPC announced in a press release.

The CPC further noted that the prices of Petrol 92 Octane, Petrol 95 Octane EURO 4, Clear Diesel, and Super Diesel 4 Star Euro4 will remain unchanged for the time being.
