Minister of Public Administration Prof. Chandana Abayaratne has instructed public officials to give top priority to Divisional Coordination Committee meetings, stating they are the primary mechanism for resolving local development issues.

He warned that officers must not miss the meetings without a valid reason, as their absence could delay development work and the resolution of public concerns.

The minister also announced plans to hold a mobile land clinic to help resolve land-related issues in the Karuwalagaswewa area.
