A protest unfolded in front of Kelaniya University tonight (27), as the Inter University Students Federation (IUSF) demanded the release of student union leader Kelum Mudannayaka and student activist Dilshan Harshana. Both individuals are presently in remand custody. The protest remained peaceful.
