The Police has urged women interested in joining as Female Police Officers to submit their applications soon, as the deadline is nearing. 

A promotional video featuring Constable Dinusha from the Police Children and Women Bureau was released to encourage eligible women to join the force. She highlighted that over 8,000 women are currently serving in the police.
