The 11 suspects arrested in relation to the shooting and killing of two people including Surendra Wasantha Perera alias ‘Club Wasantha’, were produced before the Kaduwela Magistrate’s Court (MC) today (20).

The legal proceedings were taken before court this afternoon on the shooting incident which took place on 8 July in Athurugiriya.

Accordingly, the court has ordered the suspects to be remanded further until 2 September.
