Two suspects who were allegedly involved in planning an attack in the Arugam Bay area were arrested.

According to Police, the arrests were made in the Colombo and Jaffna regions.

Further investigations into the incident are currently underway.

These arrests follow information received on a credible threat targeting Israeli nationals living in the Arugam Bay area.
