Former Minister Bandula Gunawardena has left the Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption (CIABOC) after recording a statement.

Gunawardena was summoned in connection with an investigation into a Cabinet paper submitted to the Cabinet of Ministers in 2007.

He appeared before the Commission this morning and left the premises after more than four hours.
