Sri Lankan Officer Cadet Mohammed Aneek has been commissioned as an officer after completing a 44-week training program at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. 

According to the High Commission of Sri Lanka in London, the commissioning ceremony took place on 9 August during the Sovereign’s Parade, attended by High Commissioner Rohitha Bogollagama. 

The parade marked the end of training for Aneek and 208 other cadets from various countries, beginning their careers as Commissioned Officers.
