Three youths were arrested by Norton Bridge Police after a group of motorcyclists was stopped during Poson Poya travel in Norton Bridge.

Police said around 30 youths from Kuliyapitiya travelled on 15 motorcycles to visit waterfalls in the area on Poson Poya.

Three riders fled when officers attempted inspections but were later arrested after a police chase.

Police said the suspects, aged 17–21, were riding without valid driving licences and will be produced before court.
